BEFORE YOUR ORDER
You have to create your log in first. If you are US buyer, please, fill out the form and submit Sellers
Permit. If you are International buyer, please, fill out the form and provide your business license.
We will analyze ASAP and will unlock your access.
HOW TO ORDER
After you access released, you can make your order directly on our website. Upon receiving your order,
we will process the invoice. Invoice doesn’t mean your order will be shipped. Before shipping, we’ll
analyze your order, payment condition, shipping cost and our stock. Our products turnover is really high,
then, quantity checking procedure is necessary. After analyzes, you will receive our order confirmation
Our selling unit is [package].
Most of the styles come 7 (seven) pieces in the [package]. Sometimes it comes with 6 (six) pieces.
All prices are listed in US dollars.
Shipping charges are not included in the website price (our price term is EXW Los Angeles, CA). Shipping
charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship.
Customers are held responsible for paying all duties, taxes, customs fees, and other fees for their
CHANGES TO ORDERS
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to email@example.com within 48 hours.
After the shipping, you can’t change the order anymore.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept mayor credit card.
International buyers: can be asked to provide more information regarding the payment.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
After your order confirmation, we’ll ship your package in 2 days.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday only.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3
(three) days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will not be accepted
if it is held for more than 5 (five) days after receipt.
All returns are issued by store credit only. No refunds will be given. All items without our label can’t be
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of
defective merchandise as noted above.
